Steve is a senior creative executive with more than twenty years of experience leading design, branding, and marketing operations across the entertainment and consumer sectors. His background spans e-commerce, product design, packaging, and agency work on key art and digital assets for major film campaigns. He later joined NBCUniversal, where he built and led in-house creative teams, developed large-scale marketing campaigns, and introduced advanced workflows for high-volume asset creation, including the Olympic graphics system used across hundreds of deliverables.

At Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, Steve oversaw global in-house creative production, streamlined operations through automation, and led digital initiatives for partners such as Apple and Amazon, earning the Universal Luminary Award. He expanded the team’s scope to support Peacock and transformed the group into a full-service agency producing premium key art, specialty packaging, and retailer exclusives. He is now guiding the organization through the transition to AI-enabled creative workflows while maintaining high operational and brand standards.
